ASSIA’s CloudCheck Wi-Fi software solution is being deployed across TELUS’ extensive network in Western Canada, including its advanced PureFibre network. CloudCheck allows TELUS call center agents and field technicians to proactively detect and resolve subscriber Wi-Fi issues, while optimizing Wi-Fi performance for their subscribers.
The CloudCheck optimization solution is based on a scalable cloud and agent-based architecture that provides real-time diagnostics, self-healing, and optimization of Wi-Fi networks. Network analytics, extensive APIs, and a mobile APP allow call center agents and field technicians to gain deep visibility and control of the subscriber network.
