ASSIA Wins Broadband InfoVision 2011 Award at Broadband World Forum 2011

Beating out competition from Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Huawei, and ZTE, ASSIA won the Broadband InfoVision 2011 award for Broadband Access Network Technologies and Services – Fixed, with its flagship product, ASSIA DSL Expresse. The award was presented to ASSIA CEO Dr. John Cioffi at the Broadband InfoVision Gala Dinner Awards ceremony, taking place during the Broadband World Forum 2011 tradeshow in Paris.

ASSIA joins a prestigious group of leaders and innovators recognized by Red Herring for their most promising new business models, including Facebook, Google, Twitter and Skype.
Frost & Sullivan 2011 Global Customer Value Enhancement Award
Independent research firm Frost & Sullivan named ASSIA as the recipient of the 2011 Global Customer Value Enhancement Award in High-speed DSL Optimization. Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices research concluded that ASSIA has distinguished itself in the large-scale, high-speed, dynamic management of DSL networks.
Light Reading's Hall of Fame: The First Five

Dr. John Cioffi, Chairman and CEO of ASSIA Inc. is the Economist magazine’s recipient of the 2010 Computing and Telecommunications winner for his advances in Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) technology.

Dr. John Cioffi, Chairman and CEO of ASSIA Inc. and Hitachi America Professor at Stanford University, is the recipient of the 2006 Marconi Prize.
